TERMS BODY CHICAGO PRIDEFEST RULES & REGULATIONS 1. Condense Cancellation: CRSEM, LLC(hereinafter “CRSEM”) reserves the right to cancel a contract at any time for the good of the festival,or by the direction of the Northalsted Business Alliance (AKA “Host Committee”). Any cancellations by management will be refunded if ALL rules and regulations possess been followed. Cancellation or suspension due to lack of proper city licensing or failure to encounter or maintain guidelines will not be eligible for refunds. 2. Water: Running water is not provided on site. You must supply your own fresh water. 3. Electricity: No small portable generators or car batteries are permitted within your booth. All electricity on site, if paid for, is portable and provided by a third-party supplier. Any service disruptions and/or blackouts from electricity provided by CRSEM will not result in a rebate or refund. 4. Music: This event STRICTLY prohibits the playing of recorded or stay music in your booth. 5. Laws: Drilling in the street is not permitted to secure your tent or equipment.

Navy Pier Pride will soar onto the Pier with flying colors for the fourth consecutive year on Saturday, June 29, offering a variety of festivities to embrace diversity and celebrate the vibrant LGBTQ culture in Chicago. The night features LGBTQ programming, including music, arts and crafts, storytelling, educational resources and more.
The full-day free event, from noon to 11 p.m., positions the Pier as an inclusive Pride destination for all ages, with activities ranging from build-your-own Pride bracelets to musical performances by the Chicago Gay Men's Chorus and a colorful and vibrant fireworks display.
